Browsers

This site is best viewed in Google Chrome version 70 and up, Mozilla Firefox version 63 and up, Internet Explorer version 11 and up, Safari for macOS version 12 and up, and Safari for iOS version 12 for the iPhone and iPad.

Navigation

Content on the site is organized so that you can quickly find what you're looking for. You have several options:

  • From the top navigation buttons select Topics, select a main center and choose from a list of related topics.
  • Click the View All Topics button under the Topics menu to see all topics on the site.
  • Review the home page feature stories and popular items.
  • Enter a keyword or keywords in the search field.
  • Select Resources from the top menu bar to find quizzes, trainings, audio clips and other multimedia content.

For example, say you're concerned that a loved one is showing signs of depression. You can access Achieve Solutions and click Topics, go to the "Depression" center and select the "Depression" topic. There you'll find a collection of articles, news pieces, quizzes and multimedia about depression, as well as links to related topics. You also can select "Resources" from the top navigation menu and take the depression quiz. Another option is to enter "depression" in the search field.

If you are using Achieve Solutions from an iPhone or iPad, click on Topics from the center button—under “More Contact Options” and the search bar—and find the “Depression” center and topic from there.

Home

You can return to the home page at any time by clicking “Home” on the top menu bar.
